Watercolor Experiences

In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll explore the meditative, free-flowing art of watercolor painting. 

Each week introduces a new theme and technique, giving you space to experiment, play, and build your skills at your own pace. 

• Week 1: Seascapes and primary colors
  Learn to blend and balance the basics while capturing the movement and mood of the sea. 

• Week 2: Animals and monochromatic art
  Explore how to create depth and expression using just one color family. 

• Week 3: Still life with gouache and tempera
  Try your hand at opaque media while learning to layer and build form. 

• Week 4: Landscapes on watercolor canvas
  Paint natural scenes with watercolor techniques adapted for canvas. 

• Week 5: Botanical art with watercolor pencils and markers
  Use water-soluble tools to bring flowers and plants to life with delicate detail. 

This small, stress-free class is a great place to relax, explore new materials, and paint to your heart’s content. 

This class is for ages 14 and up.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
