At VisArts’ summer camps and intensives, campers and students learn to express themselves through a variety of artistic media, including ceramics, painting + drawing, glass, fiber, woodworking, mixed media, and more.
We offer full-day multimedia camps for kids (ages 5-12) and half-day intensives for tweens and teens (ages 11-17) in a warm and welcoming space.
Experienced art instructors guide campers and students through professionally designed skill-building curricula that will spark and nurture their creativity.

Let your imagination soar! Young Artist campers are provided a nurturing space to grow and encouraged to follow their creative instincts while creating age-appropriate art projects, including ceramics, painting, drawing, mixed media, mosaics, and more. Groups are small to ensure individual attention.

Explore our world of imagination! Artistic Adventures campers gain experience in a variety of artistic media as they explore ceramics, painting, drawing, mixed media, mosaics, fused glass, woodworking, and more to create a portfolio of original masterpieces. Groups are small to ensure individual attention.

VisArts’ Tween Painting + Mixed Media, Fundamentals of Drawing, and Introduction to Felting Intensives are for artists ages 11-13 who want to focus on one medium, explore artistic styles and methods, advance their skills, learn new techniques, practice and experiment, and develop an extensive art portfolio.
Students receive in-depth, individual instruction from professional art teachers who guide them through various projects, encouraging them to develop their own style and fostering their artistic growth as they gain confidence in their chosen medium.
We welcome students of all skill levels for our one- or two-week, two- or three-hour morning and afternoon sessions.

Our Teen Painting + Mixed Media, Fundamentals of Drawing, and Introduction to Sewing Intensives are for artists ages 14-17 who want to concentrate on one medium, explore artistic styles and methods, strengthen skills, learn new techniques, and build a significant body of work in preparation for future studies.
