At VisArts’ summer camps and intensives, campers and students learn to express themselves through a variety of artistic media, including ceramics, painting + drawing, glass, fiber, woodworking, mixed media, and more.
Our camps and intensives are designed for kids, tweens, and teens who are excited to explore their creativity and express themselves through art.
Two-Week Sessions Full Day | 8:30 AM-4 PM
Let your imagination soar! Young Artist campers are provided a nurturing space to grow and encouraged to follow their creative instincts while creating age-appropriate art projects, including ceramics, painting, drawing, mixed media, mosaics, and more. Groups are small to ensure individual attention.
Camp 2026Â
Beginning this summer, we’re introducing a tiered pricing structure for each two-week session:
• $1,150—a subsidized rate for families for whom the standard rate isn’t feasible right now• $1,350—the true cost rate of running the program• $1,550—a supporter rate that helps grow our scholarship fund
Explore our world of imagination! Artistic Adventures campers gain experience in a variety of artistic media as they explore ceramics, painting, drawing, mixed media, mosaics, fused glass, woodworking, and more to create a portfolio of original masterpieces. Groups are small to ensure individual attention.
Our Teen Painting, Fiber, Ceramics, and Stained Glass Intensives are for artists ages 13-17 who want to concentrate on one medium, explore artistic styles and methods, strengthen skills, learn new techniques, and build a significant body of work in preparation for future studies.
Students receive in-depth, individual instruction from professional art teachers who guide them through various projects, encouraging them to develop their own style and fostering their artistic growth as they gain confidence in their chosen medium.
We welcome students of all skill levels for our two-week, 2.5-hour teen camp intensives.
Teen Camp 2026Â
We offer full-day multimedia camps for kids (ages 5-12) and half-day intensives for teens (ages 13-17) in a warm and welcoming space.
Experienced art instructors guide campers and students through professionally designed skill-building curricula that will spark and nurture their creativity.
