British International School – Private Painting Party and Gallery Tour

Pricing:

The base party price of $400 covers the use of our space for two hours, an instructor and helper, and all materials for up to 12 artists.  Additional art guests will be charged at a rate of $18 per person.

In addition, VisArts will provide a gallery tour and extra hour for lunch, free of charge.

Image/Project:

Image selections are due two weeks before the time of the party. The image gallery can be viewed on the Children’s Art Party page

Custom images are available for $100.

Adding Guests or Cancelling a Party Reservation:

• You may add guests up to four business days prior to the event.
• You cannot put a hold on a date.  Reservations are not deemed complete until payment is processed.
• You may cancel or change your party date up until two weeks prior to your event (minus a $50 cancellation fee.)
• No refunds if you cancel less than two weeks prior to the scheduled date.
