Wendy’s Private Wine Bottle Painting Party

Pricing:

The base party price of $440 covers the use of our space for two hours, an instructor and helper, and all materials for up to 12 artists.  Additional art guests will be charged at a rate of $25 per person.

Additional hours for room rental can be added for a rate of $100/hr if availability allows.

Party Schedule:

Students will paint the bottles for the first 1-1.5 hours of the party. The remaining 30 minutes – 1 hour will be reserved for cake and socializing.

Please note all food and food materials (cups, plates, napkins, forks, etc) must be provided by the client.

Adding Guests or Cancelling a Party Reservation:

• You may add guests up to four business days prior to the event.
• You cannot put a hold on a date.  Reservations are not deemed complete until payment is processed.
• You may cancel or change your party date up until two weeks prior to your event (minus a $50 cancellation fee.)
• No refunds if you cancel less than two weeks prior to the scheduled date.
