Accessible Arts: Multimedia

VisArts’ Accessible Arts classes offer inclusive instruction for students with disabilities, with lessons designed to support a wide range of needs. 

The classes create a welcoming space to explore, experiment, and make art using a variety of media—from painting and drawing to printmaking, collage, and more. 

Instructors provide personalized assistance and are attentive to sensory sensitivities, creating a space that’s supportive, flexible, and welcoming. 

Each session introduces new projects, materials, and techniques, so students can come back again and again to build skills and confidence at their own pace.  

Students are welcome to attend with a support staff, who may attend free of charge. 

This class is for ages 14 and up.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
