VisArts Accessible Arts classes provide instruction to students with disabilities. The curriculum is developed with a wide range of disabilities in mind and instructors provide support as needed with additional assistance and attention to sensory sensitivities. Each student must come with a support staff and aides come free of charge.

Students will be introduced to working on the ceramics wheel and learn how to make shapes and create functional and non-functional works of art. Clay is included in the cost as well as all firing and glazing.

Please use the Notes section on the registration form to list any accommodations you will need during the class.
Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
