Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
Discover the essentials of watercolor painting through hands-on exploration. Begin by becoming familiar with the basic materials and tools of the trade, then learn how to use the transparent watercolor medium to create a variety of washes and foundational techniques. Develop depth, dimension, and weight in your work by applying tonal values, glazing, and layering. Experiment with special effects unique to watercolor, and build the skills to bring your artistic vision to life.

This class is for ages 14 and up.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
