Pumpkin Potholder Workshop

Instructor:

Erin Harrison

Celebrate the cozy vibes of fall with a festive and functional sewing project! In this hands-on workshop, students will learn the basics of quilting while creating a charming pumpkin-shaped potholder—perfect for decorating your kitchen or gifting to a fellow autumn-lover.

You’ll be guided through each step of the process, including:

  • Cutting and assembling fabric pieces
  • Adding batting and backing for heat resistance
  • Basic quilting and stitching techniques
  • Finishing your potholder with binding and a hanging loop

This class is ideal for both beginners looking to learn the fundamentals of quilting and experienced sewists who want a seasonal project to enjoy. All materials are provided, and students can choose from a selection of fall-themed fabrics.

Join us for some cozy creativity and take home a handmade potholder that’s as cute as it is practical!

This class is for ages 14 and up.

Please use the Notes section on the registration form to list needed accommodations.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
