While our Private Events Department is temporarily pausing new bookings and venue tours through September 30, we invite you to explore our venue and learn more about the spaces available for future events.
Our Buchanan Room, Rooftop Terrace, and Artists’ Concourse provide a modern, versatile setting for weddings, mitzvahs, corporate gatherings, nonprofit events, and social celebrations.
If you’re planning an event after October 1, we encourage you to submit an inquiry to join our waitlist. Our team will begin contacting clients in the order inquiries are received.
Milestone Events
VisArts is the perfect choice for a uniquely memorable milestone event. Celebrate any special occasion or milestone with us! We can host your engagement party, wedding, or rehearsal dinner; mehndi ceremony or sangeet; bridal or couples’ shower; bris, baby naming, or aqiqah; bar or bat mitzvah, sweet sixteen, or quinceañera; birthday, anniversary, or retirement party; family reunion or cocktail party; and more.

VisArts is the smart choice for a creative corporate or nonprofit event. Our distinctive spaces are ideal for business meetings, team-building workshops, holiday parties, and more.
Our Spaces
Our Buchanan Room, Rooftop, and Artists’ Concourse are designed for seated and standing events. We’re in walking distance of the Rockville Metro Station on the Red Line; the Cambria Hotel Rockville is around the corner, and garage parking is down the block.
