Nadia Safarazi

Nadia has always seen herself as an artist. One of her fondest early art memories was pottery camp through the City of Rockville when she was 7-8 years old. As she grew up, she took a lot of art through school and has always loved to create many things. Nadia began working at the Visibility Art Lab in July 2019. In the studio she explores with painting, fused glass, and ceramics. Her enthusiasm and infectious smile are echoed in the bright colors and images that she creates.

Outside of VisArts, Nadia works as a weaver at the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria, VA. Nadia is also active participating in Special Olympics, music lessons, gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance. Nadia enjoys cooking, gardening, and helping to decorate at home.

Nadia has exhibited at VisArts and with the VisAbility Art Lab at numerous group art and craft events in the area.
