Check out our second annual Rockville Arts Festival chalk art contest and root for your favorites!

Individual artists and groups of up to eight artists will be creating 25 colorful designs on Gibbs Street throughout the morning and afternoon.

We’ll award $150, $75, and $50 gift certificates to the Festival for first, second, and third place winners.
