Knowledge, Responsiveness, and Friendliness

I am sure you are aware how terrific Amy Wollins is, but I wanted to let you know as well. I just booked the Buchanan Room with her for May. It turns out we knew each other, but even before this, her customer service, knowledge, responsiveness, and friendliness on the phone made me eager to see the space and sign a contract. I had told people how terrific she was on the phone, even before we had met. I am really looking forward to having our event with you and I am thrilled to be working with Amy.
