Development Manager (Full Time)
Position Description
VisArts is seeking a relationship-driven fundraising professional with at least three years of nonprofit development experience to join our team as Development Manager. This role plays a central part in growing individual giving, leading annual fundraising campaigns, managing donor data and reporting, coordinating grants and sponsorships, and building meaningful donor relationships that advance VisArts’ mission.
The Development Manager collaborates closely with the Vice President of Advancement, CEO, Board members, and cross-functional teams to strengthen donor engagement, support fundraising strategy, and help expand access to the arts across our community.

Event Day Coordinator (Part-Time)
Position Description
VisArts is seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Event Day Coordinators. This hands-on role supports private events from setup through breakdown, helping ensure smooth event operations and positive guest experiences across weddings, corporate events, galas, receptions, and community gatherings.
Event Day Coordinators work closely with clients, vendors, and event teams to maintain organized, welcoming, and event-ready spaces while supporting event flow, venue standards, and overall operational success in a fast-paced environment.
