Join artist Martina Sestakova for an art workshop, during which you will explore a variety of watercolor techniques. We will chat about Georgia O’Keeffe’s paintings of poppies and let them inspire our own one-of-a-kind artworks. We will explore sketching, composition, and painting. No experience is needed. All skill levels are welcome.
This workshop explores art history and teaches you simple ways to independently re-create a piece of art using your own unique skill set. This project is not about copying an existing piece of art. Rather, we learn about colors, shapes, and composition, and create a new interpretation of a theme.

1 pencil for sketching/note taking
4-5 sheets of printer paper for sketching/note taking
