Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
Our two-week, two-hour Painting, Drawing + Mixed Media intensive is for teens (13-17) who want to advance their artistic skills,  explore a variety of subjects, and create a collection of artwork without worrying about deadlines or grades. The instructor will cover core concepts of art and design and demonstrate application techniques for a variety of media, including acrylic paint, graphite, charcoal, and pastels. For each project, students will have the opportunity to choose a subject from reference images, their imagination, and more. The instructor will provide individual guidance and may adjust projects to fit each student’s interests, goals, or skill level.
Please note that there won’t be intensives on July 4 and 5, in recognition of the Independence Day holiday.
