Our two-week, two-hour Painting & Drawing intensive is for teens (13-17) wanting to advance their artistic skills,  explore a variety of subjects, and create a collection of artwork without concern about deadlines or being graded on their creation. Each day, the instructor covers core concepts of Art and Design and provides demonstrations focusing on application techniques for each medium, including acrylic paint, graphite, charcoal, and pastel. Specific projects will give students the opportunity to choose their subjects from a collection of reference images, etc. The instructor will also work with each student and may adjust projects to fit the student’s individual interests, goals, or skill level.
