The purpose of this class is to teach how to create portraits and grow drawing practice from life. During this program, students will learn the basic principles of drawing, get hands-on experience with different sketching techniques and materials, and enhance their observation skills. This is a great introduction to academic style and an opportunity to expand knowledge about classical art.
Students will bring their knowledge about art heritage to the modern drawing experience. Each lesson provides a manual that explains the system of academic drawing and illustrates the stages of work.
This class is for ages 14 and up.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
