Open Figure Drawing

Join artist Eric Westbrook for a drop-in figure drawing workshop with a model in short and long poses. VisArts will provide standing easels and students will bring other drawing materials. This is a great introduction to figure drawing – no commitment necessary! The teacher will be available for questions and facilitation, but this isn’t an instructional course.
Suggested Materials List:
Hard charcoal pencil
Soft charcoal pencil
Soft vine charcoal
“Charcoal White” white chalk pencil
White drawing paper pad, 18 x 24”
Newsprint pad, 18 x 24”
Grey or tan toned charcoal paper
Small pencil sharpener(s)
Kneaded eraser(s)
This class is for ages 14 and up.
