“Learning by doing” could be the motto of this series! In the course, we will be talking about four illustrators’ styles (and comparing them to the others), the color palettes, and the materials. Then students will interpret part or all of the examples we focus on. The first class will be Quentin Blake, who illustrated “Matilda,” (shown) as well as “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.”

We encourage independence with our youngest learners; all children’s classes are designed to be drop-off only. Grown-ups are not permitted to stay in the classroom with their children.

Please use the Notes section during registration to list any accommodations your child may need during the class.
