Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
Join us on Gibbs Street to celebrate the colors of the Holi festival. Each ticketed participant will receive three packets of vibrant gulal powder – a Holi festival tradition – to paint their faces with – or throw at each other!
Gulal is nontoxic. It can be washed off skin but may stain clothing, so dress to get messy!
VisArts will provide goggles, if requested.
We’re pleased to be collaborating with members of the Indian community to ensure that our Holi programs are authentic and appropriate.
This is a family-friendly activity that’s open to all. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
