Glass Rainbow Suncatcher WorkshopÂ
Thursday, May 23 | 5:30-7 PM | Artists’ Concourse
Join Associate Artist and faculty member Nan Bevan for a beginner friendly fused glass workshop!
Participants will create beautiful suncatchers with small pieces of colorful glass and slender glass rods. The 3 x 3-inch design will be fired in the kiln and a metal hook will be added so it can hang by a window. The suncatchers will be ready for pickup at VisArts one week after the workshop.
Materials are included.
This special workshop will be led by Associate Artist, Nanette Bevan, whose exhibition Tangerine will be on view in the Concourse Gallery through June 12.
This event is open to the public for ages 14 and up.Â
