VisArts’ 12th Annual Rockville Arts Festival
Thanks for braving the rain and joining us at VisArts’ 12th Annual Rockville Arts Festival on May 4-5, 2024!
Despite the cold and damp, our outdoor festival and artisan market was as vibrant and joyful as ever, featuring original art by 130 fine artists, artisanal goods, a fun community art project, art demonstrations, food trucks, craft beer, and wine.
Visitors met new and returning artists creating one-of-a-kind pieces in a variety of media, spent the day with family and friends, and picked up original art, fashion and pet accessories, home and garden décor, furniture, natural bath and body products, handcrafted candy and nuts – and more.
We can’t wait to do it all again next year (although we hope it will be warm and sunny). Save the date for VisArts’ 13th Annual Rockville Arts Festival on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4, 2025!
Proceeds from the Festival help cover the costs of VisAbility Art Lab, class and camp scholarships, our Emerging Teacher Mentorship Program, and afterschool arts programs in community centers in the region.
VisArts fills a unique niche and is a vital and impactful member of Montgomery County’s art sector, making our area a better place to live and work by building community, nurturing social connections, and strengthening the local economy.
