Sarah was born in Russia and has lived in Maryland for much of her life. She has found that her art is a wonderful outlet and had worked independently before joining the VisAbility Art Lab in May 2019. Much of Sarah’s art focuses on her beloved Capitals and her love of nature. You can see in her work that Sarah pays careful attention to details and exhibits careful workmanship.

Outside of the VisAbility Art Lab, Sarah completed her certification in Early Childhood Education at Montgomery College, plays as goalie for the Montgomery Cheetahs ice hockey team, volunteers for a local Kindergarten class, and participates in Special Olympics. Sarah loves to vacation at the beach and spend time with her extended family.

Sarah was selected to be part of Art in the in Round and has exhibited in several group shows including at VisArts, and the Round House Theater.
