Woodburning Workshop

Instructor:

Roza Matlin

Woodburning (also called pyrography) is the art of drawing with heat—using a heated tool to burn designs into wood. It’s satisfying, surprisingly relaxing, and a great way to add your own style to everyday objects.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of woodburning using a pyrography tool—how to handle it safely, control the heat, and create clean lines. Then you’ll put your skills to work decorating a wooden spoon, tray, box, or wall hanging with a one-of-a-kind design.

This class is for ages 14 and up.

Please use the Notes section on the registration form to list needed accommodations.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
