Watercolor, an art media including water, color and light can help to activate relaxation response to everyday stress. When practiced regularly, watercolor painting leads to reduction in everyday stress levels and can boost feelings of joy and peace.

This 6-week class features weekly lessons teaching basic watercolor techniques painting from still life. In addition,  some time is set aside for brain relaxation in each session. This is perfect for beginners as well as those with some experience. All materials included.
