Try the Wheel (Ages 14 and Up)

Wondering about the wheel? Give it a try in this fun, two-hour workshop that is designed for students who have never used the wheel or are working on basic skills!

Bring a friend or meet other ceramics enthusiasts and learn the basics of throwing on the wheel. Our friendly instructor will guide you, step-by-step, as you create a wheel-thrown cup, bowl, or vase and choose a glaze from our studio options. We provide the materials.

Come back in two weeks to pick up your kiln-fired artwork! If you do not pick it within 12 weeks, we will discard it.

• We guarantee you will have a great time, but we cannot guarantee the end product; sometimes pieces break in the kiln due to construction imperfections.
• Please arrive early or right on time; you will not be allowed to join the workshop if you are more than 15 minutes late.
• Students may only keep one ceramics piece – no exceptions.
