TOOHEY Girl Scout Troop Private Ceramics Party

Pricing:

The base party price of $450 covers the use of our space for two hours, an instructor and helper, and all materials for up to 9 artists.  Additional art guests will be charged at a rate of $40 per person ($30 per person with nonprofit discount).

25% discount for Girl Scout Troop applied to base package price.

Completed projects will be left at VisArts for 10 days to be processed.

Adding Guests or Cancelling a Party Reservation:

• You may add guests up to seven business days prior to the event. Please note that we do not offer refunds for paid materials of additional participants. In the event where a guest is unable to join on the day of the event, the total number of paid projects are able to be created/completed to be fired.
• You cannot put a hold on a date.  Reservations are not deemed complete until payment is processed.
• You may cancel or change your party date up until two weeks prior to your event (minus a $50 cancellation fee.)
• You may reschedule your party date up under two weeks prior to the event (with a $150 for a reschedule fee.)
• No refunds if you cancel less than two weeks prior to the scheduled date.
