Teapots Boot Camp

Discover the art of teapot making in this special ceramics boot camp led by master ceramicist, Mr. Xiaosheng Bi. This hands-on session is designed for experienced potters, who want to learn the intricate techniques of crafting functional and elegant teapots.

Mr. Bi will guide participants through each step of the process, from shaping the body to refining spouts, lids, and handles, ensuring a well-balanced and beautiful final piece. You’ll explore traditional approaches to teapot design while learning tips on clay selection, surface finishing, and firing techniques.

• This class is for intermediate students only.

Materials 

• Purchase clay in advance. 
• Students are not assigned an individual shelf with this class.

• Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
