Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
VisArts and Snapology are partnering to offer a dynamic, hands-on Architecture & Design program for young creators. Together, we’re combining VisArts’ commitment to the visual arts with Snapology’s engaging STEAM-based curriculum to inspire the next generation of builders and designers.
In this collaborative program, students will explore architectural concepts through both art and engineering. They’ll begin by sketching simple blueprints using rulers, pencils, and sharpies, learning how planning and design play a key role in the building process. From there, students will bring their ideas to life using LEGO® bricks in Snapology’s signature interactive building experience.
Students will also investigate how different shapes contribute to stronger structures. Through fun, tactile activities (such as constructing bridges supported by triangular popsicle-stick trusses) students will gain an understanding of stability, balance, and creative problem-solving.
This partnership experience encourages imagination, artistic exploration, and hands-on engineering, offering a unique opportunity for students to design, build, and dream big!

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed three days prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
