Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
In this 3 Day class, students will design and create a large 10x 12 table top sculpture that will be displayed in a metal stand. Depending on the experience level of the student, the sculpture can feature a horizontal or vertical presentation. Â Students are encouraged to consider reactions possible when using Bullseye glass-copper, sulphur and lead bearing colors. On the first day students sketch out their design, select a color palette and begin to lay out the large sculpture. Â
Work continues with creating part sheets  with stringers and frit – Alternately, interested students can explore more detailed micro mosaic effects .
While some experience will be helpful, a review for new & emerging students will be offered.Â
This class is for ages 14 and up.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
