Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
Our two-week, 2.5-hour Painting Intensive is for teens (ages 13-17) who want to advance their artistic skills, explore a variety of subjects, and create a collection of artwork—without worrying about deadlines or grades.
The instructor will cover core art and design concepts and demonstrate techniques for using various paints and mixed media. For each project, students can choose a subject from reference images, their imagination, and more.
The instructor will provide individual guidance and may adjust projects to fit each student’s interests, goals, or skill level.
