Join us for a Painting + Mindfulness Workshop designed to help you unwind, create, and reset. The session begins with a guided mindfulness meditation led by Dr. Rachel Singer, clinical director and licensed psychologist specializing in stress reduction and positive coping strategies. This gentle meditation will help you center yourself and release tension before beginning your creative process. Next, Kate Sun Kim, art instructor and certified art therapy practitioner, will lead you through an expressive, no-pressure abstract painting session where you’ll paint, pour, scrape, and even fling some paint—because sometimes art speaks when words can’t. We’ll close with a short meditation to help you reflect and carry a sense of peace and balance back into your day. Enjoy the company of others who get it in a relaxed, judgment-free space. No competition. No expectations. Just art, mindfulness, and creative release.
