Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
Students will explore a variety of classic art techniques using materials such as graphite, charcoal, and paint. Along the way, they’ll learn how to draw and paint with attention to shading, texture, form, and composition.
In addition to hands-on projects, students will be introduced to a range of artists and art styles from different time periods and cultures. This will help them gain inspiration and a deeper understanding of how traditional art has shaped the way we create today.
Whether students are just beginning or looking to build on their skills, this class offers a supportive environment to experiment, grow, and express their unique artistic voice.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
