In this two-week course, students are introduced to the various techniques of throwing on a pottery wheel. Using high-fire clay campers will throw, mold, and wedge one-of-a-kind pieces. Students will also learn about the science and techniques behind glazing and firing ceramic pieces. All projects will be fired by teachers and trained staff and returned to students before camp is over.
