NVI Private Fused Glass Coaster Party

Pricing:

The base party price of $450 covers the use of our space for two hours, an instructor and helper, and all materials for up to 6 artists.  Additional art guests, up to a maximum of 6, will be charged at a rate of $50 per person.

Pieces will be left at VisArts to be fired, and will be ready for pick-up from VisArts in 2-3 weeks from date of event. All completed pieces from the event must be picked up simultaneously, typically by the host of event (no individual per-person pick up).

Adding Guests or Cancelling a Party Reservation:

• You may add guests up to 7 business days prior to the event.
• You cannot put a hold on a date.  Reservations are not deemed complete until payment is processed.
• You may cancel or change your party date up until two weeks prior to your event and receive a full refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee.)
• No refunds if you cancel less than two weeks prior to the scheduled date.
