Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
If you’re looking for real quality time—not just another rushed activity—this three-week workshop gives you and your child space to slow down and make something together.
You’ll handbuild a clay mug and weave a mini rug coaster to match, learning simple skills each week: handbuilding, surface decoration, glazing, and weaving. One step at a time, your pieces start to take shape.
It’s a calm, creative way to reconnect, try something new, and end up with a mug-and-rug set that’s a whole lot more meaningful than anything you could buy.
Registered adults must have a registered child present to attend class. Each person in attendance must purchase a ticket. Ticket price is for one participant.
If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed three days prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
