This class combines meditation and art as a form of relaxation and letting go of stress and underlying emotions. With the hectic pace and demands of life, many people feel stressed and over-worked leading to stress, unhappiness, impatience and frustration.

The session starts with a guided meditation by a trained instructor. Following the class students are encouraged to remain in silence and choose the medium of their choice, either acrylics, charcoal or pastel and pick a spot in the room and let go of all their emotions on canvas or paper. This class is a perfect place and no artistic abilities or skills to draw or paint, we just paint for ourselves with no obligation to share with anyone. The instructor will explain different artistic techniques and what colors or strokes represent in the art world. All materials are provided.

How to prepare for class?
-Wear something comfortable- wearing tight clothes can make you feel too constricted when you want to relax your body.
-Bring Yoga mat or a back-jack
