Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
If you love animals, this class is for you! Learn to draw and paint them in your own creative way using watercolor, markers, and black ink pens on an 11″ x 14″ canvas.
Imagine how these animals would look as they move between the sky and ground in the rain—this is your chance to bring that vision to life!
We’ll begin with a warm-up pencil sketch to capture the main shapes and lines of each animal. From there, the creative choices are yours! Experiment with different fur colors and patterns, and even add people and umbrellas to your scene if you’d like.
The artist of the sample illustration had their own approach, but this is your opportunity to make it uniquely yours. Let’s get creative and bring your ideas to life!
Children under 13 must be dropped off and picked up at their classroom by a parent or caregiver.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
