Introduction to Kiln-Formed Glass

This four-week introductory course is perfect for those new to kiln-formed glass, offering a first step into the art and possibilities of glassworking. You’ll explore design, the beauty of glass, and essential skills such as safety, tools, basic firing, and cold-working techniques.

Projects include creating a 4×8” curved dish, a 12Ă—6” platter, a 4×10” standing wave, and your choice of either fused glass pendants or three 3×4” ring dishes.

This class is for ages 14 and up.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
