Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
In this course, students will learn the basics of storytelling, character creation, and comic design. There will be lessons on the differences and similarities between American comics, such as Marvel and DC, as well as Japanese anime and manga.
Students will learn comic layouts, how to write dialogue, and certain rules on how to bring stories to life (as well as how to break them.)
Students will have the freedom to decide the styles, characters, and stories for their comics, so each will be a unique and exciting experience for everyone!

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
