Join artist and scientist Julie Buisson, and learn about microgreens, an incredible source of nutrition! In this workshop students will be given a quick introduction to what microgreens are, and why they qualify as a superfood. We will go over some of the most common types of microgreens, and see all the different shapes and flavor options. Then, the instructor will lead the group through a step by step process to grow your own microgreens at home! At the end, Julie will share some easy recipes and sources on where to purchase materials for an at-home set-up.

If you have any questions regarding this workshop please contact the Exhibition Programming Coordinator, Megan Koeppel at mkoeppel@visartscenter.org
