VisArts new gallery space, the “Community Gallery” swings into action with “Found in Rockville” featuring three local artists. Part of the City of Rockville’s “Hidden Rockville” art competition, these artists all work with mixed media and found objects, creating experimental paintings. Artists include: Olena Lar, Frank Kowing and Sandi Atkinson.
