Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
Learn how to bring the human figure to life on paper. You’ll develop the skills to draw the figure accurately and expressively through gestural, contour, and analytic seeing exercises from a live, nude model.
This class builds a strong foundation in proportion, placing the figure in space, and composing with value. While prior drawing experience is helpful, it’s not required.
You’ll also be encouraged to do out-of-class exercises to strengthen your in-class work.
This class is for ages 14 and up.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed three days prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
