Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
Open to participants of all ages and skill levels! In this step-by-step workshop, we’ll guide you through the pop-up book-making process — no need to figure it out on your own.
The sample book shown is from C-Arte, an art bindery located in Venice, Italy. (Please note that their website is in Italian and may be challenging to navigate!)
For our workshop, we’ll use plain-colored origami or similar paper that is easy to fold and cut. Each family pair — which may include a child or teen with an adult neighbor, cousin, grandparent, etc. — will collaborate to create one book together. (Please register one ticket per pair.)
