Looking for a creative activity to do with your child, grandparent, sibling? VisArts’ virtual Family Painting class is a perfect solution! In this virtual class, you will have an image that covers two canvases, so you do not even have to be in the same house! As a family, you would each paint one canvas, if you have more than 2 participates you could share the canvas or divide the images into 4. Put the canvases together to complete the picture! Your VisArts instructor, Ellen Lafferty, will guide you and your family member(s) step by step through the painting process. Together you and your family member will complete a beautiful work of art!
Canvases for the class are included. Once you have registered, please use this link HERE to schedule an appointment to pick up your materials.
Students will also need acrylic paint (red, yellow, blue, black, and white) and paintbrushes for the class. If needed, materials can be purchased HERE.
