Effective January 1: Masks are Optional in VisArts’ Classrooms and Studios
This mindful art class is a gentle, creative space designed to support stress relief, self-awareness, and personal growth. Guided by a certified life coach, participants are invited to slow down, tune inward, and use art as a tool for reflection and emotional regulation. Through a variety of media (such as drawing, painting, collage, and mixed media) you’ll explore creative expression without pressure, judgment, or the need for prior art experience.
Each week blends simple mindfulness practices, reflective prompts, and hands-on artmaking to help release stress, build resilience, and foster a deeper connection to yourself. The focus is not on creating “perfect” artwork, but on the process, presence, and growth that emerge along the way.
This class is for ages 14+.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
