Character Art (Ages 8-12)

Students will design a collection of unique character drawings in this class. You’ll explore a variety of styles while focusing on using traditional materials and techniques. From sketching to final details, this course will help you develop a diverse set of characters, allowing you to experiment with different artistic approaches and bring your ideas to life.

• Week 1: Introductions and Create a character
• Week 2: Experiment with flat simple style and Create Characters
• Week 3: Experiment with Classic Flat Cartoon and Create characters
• Week 4: Experiment with Anime and Create characters
• Week 5: Create custom character and explore poses and expressions

Children under 13 must be dropped off and picked up at their classroom by a parent or caregiver.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
