SUMMARY:Beginning Wheel Throwing
DESCRIPTION:In this class covering wheel fundamentals\, students will learn the skills necessary to throw cylinders\, cups\, bowls and more.  This class is designed for students with little or no experience on the potter’s wheel and may be taken more than once to establish and refresh basic wheel throwing skills. \nThis class is for ages 14+. \nPrerequisite \n\nNo prerequisite required\n\nMaterials  \n\nPurchase clay in advance. Standard 553 (White) Clay recommended for beginners.\nStudents are assigned a shelf for the duration of the class. \n\nNotes  \n\nPractice makes perfect! Sign up for daily open studio. \nClasses require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment\, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
