Turn book pages into works of art!

In this creative and hands-on class, we’ll explore fun ways to upcycle books using drawing, painting, collage, and mixed media techniques like gelatin plate prints, photo transfers, and text redaction.

Bring a book to transform—board books, hardcovers, paperbacks, dictionaries, or old textbooks all work! Using inspiring sample art as a guide, you’ll craft your own unique narrative, turning pages into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

This class is for ages 14 and up.

This Center for Craft Studies program is made possible in part by a generous grant from the Windgate Foundation.

Please use the Notes section on the registration form to list needed accommodations.

Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
