This handbuilding class is perfect for advanced beginner and Intermediate students. Students will learn how to use slab construction techniques to make strong, functional handbuilt pottery.
This class is for ages 14+.
Prerequisite
- Returning VisArts students or those who have taken VisArts’ Beginning Handbuilding class. This class is not for total beginners.
Materials
- Purchase clay in advance.
- Students are assigned a shelf for the duration of the class.
Notes
- Practice makes perfect! Sign up for daily open studio.
- Classes require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
